What can the Health and Community Services Complaints Commission do for you as a carer?

The Health and Community Services Complaints Commission (HCSCC) can help resolve complaints about services sought, used or received from a community service, community service provider, health professional, health service or health service provider.  

Find out why it's important to lodge a complaint, how to lodge the complaint and the complaint process.
